HFC’s Ranger Futsal Academy provides summer futsal training for individual players - all levels including non-HFC players.

HFC Futsal Director Nick Marculo and his team of trainers-most notably The Rangers Futsal Team comprised of Seth Michalak, Maddy Anderson, Ty Quintois, Bella Touzeau, Shane Velez, Beckett Wenger,  Nicole Brown, and Leah Malone promote speed play and off-the-ball movement in the Futsal training academy.   Futsal is designed with speed in mind—the hard floor speeds up the ball, the ball is dense and rolls quickly, and the 4 second rule keeps players moving fast off the ball.

To accompany this, we work through technical speed in turning, dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting- as well as physical speed with speed exercises and muscle development.

This program is open to all Travel and Select players

Deadline to Register: June 19th, 2023

SPACE IS LIMITED-REGISTER EARLY

The Ranger Futsal Academy is open to Travel and Select players born in 2016 through 2011.  The specific age-groups for play will  be determined based on the number of players in each birth year that register.

9:00-11:00 am

11:00 am-1:00 pm

IMPORTANT:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to starting time
• Wear Futsal shoes or flats (Sneakers are fine). No Soccer cleats please.
• Wear shin guards
• Do not bring soccer balls
• Bring water bottle.
